You may have experienced difficulty in logging in to the members area during the past couple of weeks.
This is due to secure server that hosts the members area not being able to cope with the demand placed on it as a result of the popularity of the members area service.
Maintenance has been carried out in an attempt to rectify the intermittent service but this is proving insufficient in ensuring an acceptable level of up-time for our members.
As a result of this, our web developers have invested in new servers which should be more capable in dealing with the load placed upon them. These new servers will be commisioned during the next 2 weeks, so there may be some continued disruption until they are active.
